The institution aims at developing adequate infrastructure facilities to facilitate suitable learning ambience.The college developed adequate physical infrastructure to carry out is academic programmes and activities in a smooth and efficient manner. It has adequate land and buildings to accommodate class rooms, library hall, Moot Court hall, computer lab, girls hostel, administrative section, Seminar hall, Conference Hall, Auditorium, Canteen, Principal and Staff room, Student centre, Girls common waiting room, Gymnasium, store room, Garden, placement cell, vehicle parking place etc. Five Classrooms are developed as model ICT classrooms with LCD projector facilities.

The college has a spacious library wing which consists of good collection of around books (23000), Journals (06), Newspapers (13) and Magazines (7).A separate book bank for SC and ST is provided in the Library with the assistance of Department of Social Welfare, Govt. of Maharashtra. Encyclopedias and General Studies books are available to help the students in preparation of civil services and other competitive examinations. To facilitate smooth functioning, the Library is fully computerized and equipped with a special Library Management Software (OPAC system) for the issue and return of library books and for providing catalogue of the books. Broadband Internet facility, Wi-Fi and online resources like Manupatra, and Equitas are made available in the Library. On average 90% of the Faculty members and 80% of the students regularly use the library facility. Even the local Advocates, Researchers and Alumni frequently use the services of the college library.

The college established a well-equipped Computer Lab with Broadband and interconnected Internet facility for the benefit of the students and faculty. The college has adequate number of Computers in the Lab with legal software. Wi-Fi facility is also recently provided for faculty and the students

A separate hostel for girls and boys exists in the college premises to accommodate girl students of distant places. Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Girls Hostel of S. P. College of Law, Chandrapur is located in the campus of the college. It is well equipped with the intake capacity of 32 girl students. It is equipped with all the facilities needed for a safe and secured stay at hostel. Rooms are well equipped with bed, study-table, and chair and cub board for storage of materials. The facilities like T.V, Refrigerator, CD player etc. are also available in the girls’ hostel. The hostel is surrounded by beautiful garden with full of greenery. Indoor sports equipments are also available in the hostel. Girls’ hostel has its separate library for hostel inmates. There is one full time in charge and warden for the hostel appointed by the college.

With the financial assistance from UGC the college has opened a UGC Network Resource Centre from the academic year 2010-11 with a motive to train its staff and students in computer related operations and enable them to access leading libraries through internet. Keeping these things in mind the college has created a special cell of UGC Network Center within the thresholds of its main building and installed five computers with latest software with free internet access. As the staff-members of the college are intermittently associated with research related activities and most of them are working as Ph.D. guides and the college itself has got post-graduate students where submission of projects/dissertations is compulsory, e-learning always appears to be a blessing in disguise. Prof. Subodh Meshram, who is working as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science, guides the teachers and the students endeavor.

A well-furnished and well-equipped Seminar Hall with a Seating Capacity of 100 is available to facilitate conducting of seminars and workshops..

To facilitate learning and research activities, the college made available high range Wi-Fi devices in the campus to provide easy and faster accessibility of the web services for the faculty and the students.

The institution has established adequate infrastructural facilities for sports and games activities. A modern Gymnasium with latest physical fitness equipment has been provided for the benefit of the students and the staff.

Canteen is available to serve refreshments for the students and faculty in a clean and hygienic manner.
